Hi! My name is Nicolette Schultz. This is my 19th year teaching, and my 8th year teaching fourth grade at Iroquois. I am coming from Marilla Primary and am extremely excited to find myself back in the same building I attended when I was a fourth grader. I am looking forward to this new adventure together in the II!

I am a mom of four incredible children, Trey-20, Henry-14, Knox-12, and Scarlett -9 (who is in Mrs. Sorrentino’s class this year). I live in Elma with my husband Ray on the property immediately next to where I grew up and where my parents still reside. I love music, reading, hunting, and relaxing at our cottage on Clear Lake. I have a sheepadoodle named Tootsie, and a cat named Remy.

I love my job and strive to create an environment that promotes excitement and enthusiasm for learning. I believe that high expectations are attainable for all children when provided with loving support from a strong home-school connection. I am honored to be a part of your child’s time at Iroquois and understand what a precious responsibility it is.
